Horseback Riding in Lake Lure, North Carolina

This was by far the most relaxing and fun experience of my life! I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE DOESNT NEED 5 DTARS IT NEEDS 10 million

I am a rider. I had 7 friends visiting from out of state, non riders. We all had a great time. The horses are in great condition and very well cared for. That was very important to me. The facility is top notch for a trail riding experience, we even got to ride through the creek which I know my friends enjoyed. The guides and wranglers were terrific, everything was very safely done. I was super impressed and will surely take friends again.

Came across Cedar Creek stables when looking for horseback riding in Lake Lure area for family outing! Sure glad we did. Unfortunately our original day was canceled due to storms but they reached out and accommodated a new date for our large group. We had so much fun and was relaxing and beautiful ride. Our guides were so friendly and u could tell they enjoyed what they do!! Thank you again for family fun!!

My son and I rode 2-1-22 for the 2nd time. Our guide was such a kind lady! She & all the ladies that work there are wonderful & it is obvious that they LOVE the horses. The view is gorgeous . Other than the sound of the hooves on the trail, you hear nothing but birds calling and wind tickling the trees. It is an amazing peaceful experience . We can’t wait to ride again. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this beautiful experience!

Ideal horse ride with a switch back trail going up and down a mountain. Fabulous views of valleys along the way. My horse seemed to say "I do this every day, so relax and enjoy the ride. No directions needed from you!" Four hours went by fast, one the best times I had in a long time.

Looked up cedar Creek stables to go on a trail ride while we were staying in lake lure for me and my wife's honeymoon the weather was perfect and the views on the ride was absolutely stunning the staff was amazing to look forward to coming back when we visit North Carolina again soon

Thanks for fitting us in last minute. Loved the ride. The horses were wonderful!! Our guide was new and her attitude was happy and willing to learn. Her helper was also wonderful and enjoyed hearing about her riding. Highly recomment!

My granddaughter requested horseback riding on her graduation trip so we randomly picked Cedar Creek....what an amazing place!! The staff was wonderful, so helpful and accomodating! We had 3 first time riders...the horses were beautiful and gentle! Scenery was awesome! Highly recommend!

I try to bring my son or anyone else as much as possible. We really enjoy this place. Been going a year or longer now and they have really improved the trails. The horses and staff are amazing too!!! Highly recommend

Thank you so much for a great experience. This was truly one of the easiest excursions we have ever done, from beginning to the end. You are were so responsive in returning my phone call to set up the trail ride and gave great advice. 1 hr ride was perfect! The on site staff members were pleasant, encouraging and professional. My entire family ages 12, 15, and two awesome 40 somethings, had a blast. I highly recommend Cedar Creek Stables!
